Results

The official results of the regatta are posted after a meeting of all league member head coaches and all results have been reviewed. During the regatta, preliminary times are posted. However, there are rules that can influence final outcome. Since the course is six lanes wide, it is sometimes difficult to see the winner of a given race as a spectator. The CPSRA employs USRowing officials as well as finish line cameras and video. Races are timed by experienced staff and both start and finish line staffs are in contact throughout the event. Marshalls posted on the course ensure that rowers are safe, rowing out and racing appropriately. In the event of a contested race, race officials will conduct a comprehensive investigation before awarding medals, cup points and posting results.
